Using the service
You may use Headless Builds to collect and attribute events for stores you own or operate. You agree not to route data through us for stores you have no relationship with, and not to use the service to re-identify shoppers or build profiles outside the originating store.
Your data is yours
You retain all rights to the events and attribution data you send us. We claim only the limited license needed to process, store, and return that data to you. Cancel and you can export everything first.
Billing
Paid plans bill monthly through Stripe. Usage-based overages are metered transparently and shown in your dashboard before they invoice. Annual plans can be arranged through sales.
Availability
We target high availability and publish real numbers on our status page. The service is provided as-is; nothing here is a guarantee of uninterrupted ingestion, though we work hard to make it feel that way.
Changes
We'll give notice before materially changing these terms. Continuing to use Headless Builds after a change means you accept the updated version.
